Max Training is highly recommended to all players looking to increase arm strength and velocity. This lesson will teach players how to increase their functional baseball strength. This workout includes a Dynamic Warm-up, Core Strengthening, Arm Care, Explosive Med Ball Exercises, Explosive Throwing Exercises, Conditioning & Velocity Tracking. This is our greatest value lesson.

A half hour or full hour of mechanical analysis. This lesson introduces players to proper arm care techniques and a variety of drills for enhanced skill development. Technology is integrated into this and all our lessons, giving players multiple views of their throwing technique.
