Maximum Performance Training

Max Training is recommended to all players looking to increase arm strength and velocity. This lesson will teach players how to increase their functional baseball strength. Workout includes a Dynamic Warm-up, Core Strengthening, Arm Care, Explosive Med Ball Exercises, Explosive Throwing Exercises, Conditioning & Velocity Tracking. This is our greatest value lesson.
