VelocityPlayers train to increase velocity and throwing stamina on the mound or in the field. This class will teach your body to throw harder using weighted baseballs, medicine balls, plyometrics, weight lifting, explosive drills, endurance training & flexibility exercises. Players have an average velocity increase of 3-7mph following this class, along with improved athleticism and player strength.
