Pitching Mechanics

A half hour of mechanical analysis, drills and pitching games. Technology is integrated into this and all our lessons, giving players multiple views of their throwing technique. This lesson makes pitching fun for the younger ballplayer while still providing enough instruction so that mom or dad can put the ideas and drills to use in the backyard.
