Maximum Performance Training

Max Training is highly recommended to all players looking to increase bat speed and quickness. This lesson will teach players how to increase their functional baseball strength. This workout includes a Dynamic Warm-up, Core Strengthening, Explosive Med Ball Exercises, Explosive Hitting Exercises, Conditioning & Strength Training. This is our greatest value lesson.
